Meet the Founder
Amanda holds a degree from Arizona State University and is currently advancing her expertise by pursuing a Master’s in Organization Development and Change at Pennsylvania State University. She began her career as a teacher, where she honed her skills in communication, leadership, and curriculum development. Drawn to the dynamic nature of the home service industry, Amanda transitioned into this sector, bringing with her a passion for education and a deep understanding of effective training methodologies.
Over the past seven years, she has established herself as a highly sought-after coach and trainer, recognized for her ability to transform teams and drive operational excellence. Amanda has been a featured speaker at numerous industry conferences, where she has shared insights on best practices and strategies for success. Her expertise has also been instrumental in training customer service representatives, technicians, and management teams across the United States, helping companies elevate their service standards and achieve sustainable growth.
